  37. Slirp gives you SLIP/CSLIP/PPP access depending on what YOU want.  Unlike
  38. MLINK which has one part on the UNIX system and the other part on your AMIGA,
  39. and Emulate a TCP or As-225 connection.  SO you just can just run whatever you
  40. want.

  42. Programs like SLIRP with is FREE, or TIA which is Sharware, I use TIA myself
  43. are made to be use with ANY computer system with TCP software.  You Run
  44. Slirp/TIA whatever on your ISP's Unix System, It's give you SLIP, CSLIP, or
  45. PPP acess depending on how you have it setup,  but once you have that access
  46. you STILL need something on your Amiga to deal with that kind of connection,
  47. with it be AmiTCP or Inet-225, Whatever.  It's a lot harder to setup then
  48. MLINK is!  I used MLINK for around a year before I switched over to using
  49. TIA/AmiTCP connection.

  51. If you havn't figured this all OUT, I suggest you just stick with MLINK for
  52. now.  There's not that many advantages of using SLIRP.
